Al-Quada actually means the base, and it is referencing "a base of a toilet." Al-Quada actually means base of a toilet. I know this for a fact because when I was in Saudi Arabia with the National Guard in 2000 One day I was in Riyadh, the capital city of Saudi Arabia. I had to go to the restroom. I asked a Saudi where the restroom was, he couldn't understand me and English is a second language in Saudi Arabia. I then asked him where the bathroom was, he still didn't understand me. I then asked him where the toilet was, and he said "Oh Al-Quada." Al-Quada means the toilet, or the base of a toilet. No Muslim organization any where would ever call itself "the toilet."
