i know this is off topic but, you may want to look into paida lajin if you feel inflammation from toxicity and micro blockages. it sounds crazy but it heals all pain and trauma with only your own hands. self healing. it reminds me of what you are saying with the more painful it is the more toxic or inflamed the body is. once you get it all out its no longer painful or produces no more color. or maybe stash it away as an option if you ever can’t get to the chiropractor/massage. i was so put off by it when i first hear about it but it has worked for me.

Fluoride filters use an aluminum filtrate that is supposed to filter the fluoride, as fluoride and aluminum tend to naturally attract each other.

Thuja oil is something I've personally found beneficial for hair, nails, and promoting of healing several skin issues.
