HISA.TV- #297- So You Think Signing Government Forms Doesn't Infringe on Your Rights

So many Christians/Americans think the idea of have a DL or SS or (right) voters agreements is unimportant as if they have no contractual agreement with anyone that doesn't effect their GOD given unalienable rights. Well… Your flat out wrong.

In the past, I have signed on documents UCC 3-108 Without Prejudice, All rights Reserved.  Never thought about showing UCC on any of the city crap - like when I requested discovery.  We have a pre-trial conference on Aug 3rd - we had said we wanted a trial by a jury of our peers.  Not really sure what to expect - don't have an attorney - trying to do it on our own.,

Would this work when dealing with being prosecuted (persecuted) by city code enforcement about what is in my totally enclosed back yard - yard has no public access or view?  The only way to see into my back yard is by looking over a solid wood 6 foot fence.  Which the code guys do, holding his phone or camera up above his head, or by holding onto the fence and standing on something.

Since everything in this nation is under commerce, I always autograph, all forms and contracts to de facto governments at every level and all and any entity in this nation, as designated under UCC 3-402(b)(1)- If the form of the signature shows unambiguously that the signature is made on behalf of the represented person who is identified in the instrument, the representative is not liable on the instrument. Or simply before signing anything, write above your signature, "NON-ASSUMPSIT".

Oklahoma Court Rules and Procedures, Title 12, sec. 2017 (C) state that "If an infant or incompetent person does not have a duly appointed representative, he may sue by his next friend or by a guardian ad litem." Furthermore, cases such as Brotherhood of Trainmen v. Virginia ex rel. Virginia State Bar (377 U.S. 1), Gideon v. Wainwright 372 U.S. 335, Argersinger v. Hamlin, Sheriff 407 U.S. 425, NAACP v. Button (371 U.S. 415), United Mineworkers of America v. Gibbs (383 U.S. 715), and Johnson v. Avery 89 S. Competent non-lawyers from groups can aid other members of the group in court without facing charges of "Unauthorized practice of law."
